Is there a bulk-purchase MOQ for the dropshipping program?
No bulk-purchase MOQ applies to approved single-unit fulfillment orders. Eligible products, per-order reseller pricing, fulfillment charges, and order rules are confirmed during approval.
Can my business apply if it is based outside the supported delivery regions?
Yes, qualified businesses may inquire from other countries. However, the program currently fulfills only eligible customer delivery addresses in the United States, the United Kingdom, and the EU27.
Can I sell on marketplaces?
List every intended website and marketplace in your application. Channel approval, brand-use rules, product eligibility, and listing requirements are confirmed before you publish Gueray products.
Do you provide a product feed or live inventory sync?
The supported catalog, inventory, and order workflow depends on the approved setup. We confirm what data and operating method are available before launch; do not assume real-time synchronization unless it is included in your agreement.
Is the packaging neutral or Gueray branded?
Packaging format can vary by product and fulfillment route. The packaging, included materials, sender information, and customer-facing presentation are confirmed before listings go live.
Who handles returns, warranty, taxes, and end-customer service?
Responsibilities are defined in the reseller agreement and may vary by destination and operating model. The reseller must comply with applicable consumer, tax, marketplace, and product-listing obligations unless a responsibility is expressly assigned otherwise in writing.
Can you ship dropshipping orders outside the United States, United Kingdom, or EU27?
Not under the current program. For opportunities in other markets, contact us through the Wholesale & Partnerships page so we can review a bulk supply or distribution route instead.
